Refund & Return Policy

Gobrionuts believes in assisting its customers as much as possible and thus has a lenient cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • GOYAL BRIO PRIVATE LIMITED does not allow cancellation or return of any products unless met with any external inconvenience.
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • GOYAL BRIO PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be addressed once the merchant has examined and verified the issue on their end. This must be reported within 15 days of receiving the products.
  • If you believe that the product received does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, kindly notify our customer service within 15 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
  • For any approved refunds by GOYAL BRIO PRIVATE LIMITED, please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
